Your order will arrive 2-8 business days after we've processed it. Larger orders generally take longer to process. 

Purchases will be shipped by UPS, Fedex, or USPS. 

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding state holidays.

  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

  • Our Processing times have been extended by an additional 7 business days to allow for additional safety measures.


Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Order must be over $75 to qualify for free ground shipping.

  • Does not include gift card purchases.

  • No coupon code required. Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.

  • Only includes Ground Shipping. All expedited shipping services will be available at their normal cost..

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time without notice.

  • Due to a higher volume of online orders, you may experience delayed delivery times.

US Military & Diplomatic Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Note that no tracking number will be provided.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

We unfortunately do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.

Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by air or priority.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. 

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.

Common Questions

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.


What shipping method do you use?

We ship our packages via UPS, USPS, and Fedex.


Can I return my product if it is damaged during transit?

If a product is damaged during transit (before it reaches the customer) Tun Tun & Tooney will refund or send a replacement product. Please check our Return Policy for more information.
